The ProFiller 1100 Capsule Filling System is a mechanical device that aids in filling 100 capsules, with powder, at a time. Though the filling rate is based on the powder flow properties, operator speed & technique and the use of excipients, the output of this system is about 2000 – 3200 capsules per hour. The ProFiller 1100 can also be used to fill capsules with non-aqueous liquids or sticky powders. Included Parts: Hand-held Filler Base, Orienter Base, Locking Plate, 50-Pin Tamper, Powder Spreader, Powder Tray, Powder Tray Clamps and Change Parts (Caps Tray, Body Sheet Set (A, B, C), Spacer Plate, Capsule Locker and Orienter Tray)
