Labconco FreeZone 12 Liter -50 C Console Freeze Dryer, 230 V
FreeZone 12 Liter Cascade Console Freeze Dry System is designed for light to moderate loads of low eutectic point samples. Removes a maximum of 8 liters of water in 24 hours. The stated capacity rating represents the maximum achievable and is based on freeze-drying plain water under ideal conditions. Individual results will vary depending on application and, in most cases, be less than the stated maximum. FreeZone Freeze Dry Systems have collector temperatures that reach -58 °F / -50 °C, ideal for use with samples in aqueous solutions. Except for FreeZone 4.5 Liter models, these freeze dryers require a drying chamber or tray dryer for operation (not included). All models also require a vacuum pump for operation. NOTE: These freeze dryers are not recommended for use with samples containing acetonitrile, methanol, or ethanol. If your samples contain acetonitrile, methanol, or ethanol, please see FreeZone Freeze Dry Systems with cascade refrigeration that reaches lower temperatures.
